Should you wish to exchange your item we will be happy to do it, the customer however pays the return shipping fee and we pay the new item postage fee.
All our items are sent in secure packaging, via Registered (Signed for) Airmail with tracking number. For orders in Greece if the value is over 20 euros the items are sent by courier. For orders in Greece we can also send with the option Cash on Delivery at an additional shipping charge of 3€.
